It is done. The book is now with the printers and will be available in 3 to 4 months time. It is already possible to preorder it with most big bookshops. I was surprised to see how extensive the range of suppliers is. Amazon have it available in every country from Canada to Mexico and even Japan. I suppose with internet technology it is very simple to press a few buttons and what is in one country is in every country. Also it is listed by Waterstones, Goodreads, Amazon, The Book Depository, Summerfield, Barnes and Noble (USA) Walmart, Exlibris(France), Hugenduble (Germany) and many others now have it listed and available to purchase.
Of course it would be good to support your local bookshop or buy it direct from the publishers. Merlin Unwin have a range of excellent books which loosely have a countryside theme. It is well worthwhile to have a browse through their catalogue and a good present for someone is just a couple of clicks away. Depending on where you are and who you chose to purchase it from it is anything from £20 upwards.
